ENT Surgical Associates of Glendale, California is seeking an experienced Hearing Instrument Specialist to help us achieve our goal of providing the best patient care in the area for those patients suffering from hearing loss. Our goal is to fill the position immediately upon identifying the best candidate. Our Hearing Aid Dispenser will see only adult patients and will receive a constant flow of referrals from our busy Glendale location. Prior experience with Phonak, Widex, Starkey, Signia or Unitron manufacturers is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieving Practice Revenue and unit sales goals
- Counseling patients and their families about hearing loss and available options
- Make ear impressions and ear molds
- Program, adjust, and repair devices
- Provide after-sales service by responding to calls to resolve issues or answer inquiries
- Supporting ENT Surgical Associate’s mission by creating and maintaining rapport with patients

Position Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
- Minimum 1 year dispensing experience
- California dispensing license
