Advanced ENT and Allergy is seeking an experienced Hearing Instrument Specialist to help us achieve our goal of providing the best patient care in the area for those patients suffering from hearing loss. Our goal is to fill the position immediately upon identifying the best candidate. Our Hearing Aid Dispenser will see only adult patients and will receive a constant flow of referrals from our busy Louisville and Southern Indiana clinics. Travel between these locations may be necessary. Previous sales experience is required. Prior experience with Phonak, Widex, Starkey, Signia or Unitron manufacturers is preferred.
Advanced ENT and Allergy is the result of an exciting merger of three tried and trusted Ear, Nose and Throat organizations located throughout the Louisville and Southern Indiana area: Louisville ENT Associates, Commonwealth Ear, Nose & Throat and Ohio Valley ENT and Allergy. Our 15 outstanding Otolaryngologists work in conjunction with our skilled audiology team to focus on new technologies, research, and patient services by providing highly coordinated and comprehensive head and neck care. Our audiology team works closely with the ENT physicians to diagnose and treat patients with hearing and balance issues
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieving Practice Revenue and unit sales goals
- Counseling patients and their families about hearing loss and available options
- Conduct hearing tests to determine patient needs and assist with selection of appropriate amplification devices
- Make ear impressions and ear molds
- Program, adjust, and repair devices
- Provide after-sales service by responding to calls to resolve issues or answer inquiries
- Supporting Advanced ENT and Allergy’s mission by creating and maintaining rapport with patients

Position Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
- Two Year Associates-degree, preferred
- Minimum 3 years dispensing experience
- Indiana state license
- Indiana dispensing license
